·         Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date: 25% of the room/bungalow rate for the entire booking period will be charged.

·         Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date: 50% of the room/bungalow rate for the entire booking period will be charged.

·         Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date: 100% of the room/bungalow rate for the entire booking period will be charged.

·         All cancellations must be made via email or text message. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

·         Refunds for card transactions will be processed back to the original card.

·         Refund processing will take up to 15 working days.

·         When you slected Food Options and if you cancelled the booking or no show the related menu amount will be deducted from the returns since we are early commited to prepare all for you
